The essence of BODY AWARENESS  is to tap into the many resources within your body:  from listening to your body's signals of comfort and discomfort, to moving with proper form, to gaining a deeper understanding of your body's unique wisdom.

 

BODY AWARENESS programs are designed to help you rediscover your body's center and natural alignment.  This creates harmony within the body and mind and allows you to move with greater ease, strength, and energy and joy.
