This private class begins with a
consultation to discover initial
goals. As customized sessions unfold, the instructor begins to
serve as guide and coach as you explore your body's inner wisdom and
potential for flexibility, strength, renewal and balance.
The services adapts and evolves, as
individual needs surface. The benefit of personalized
attention is the instructor's enhanced ability to notice subtle
inconsistencies of form, which can lead to tension, fatigue,
discomfort and strain of movement. One on one observation
allows the instructor to identify opportunities for subtle adjustments,
centering, improved posture and alignment as well as observing
thought patterns that may be affecting the body.
Through specific exercises and
repetition, you will begin to integrate new habits and rediscover
your body's own innate ability to renew itself. You will then
know what adjustments to make to maintain correct form, unwind
physical and mental tensions, allow body regeneration, become
energized and relaxed.
